If the dome and surrounding buildings were set as a huge mass in the site of 50,000m2 area, people would not feel at home here. The Administration Wing was separated from the dome for ivent hall and was designed as a long and low form in contrast to the dome. The Events Wall, with similar form to the wing, was placed symmetrically so that they form the praza in inverse perspective from the gate.
