Registration Fees
All participants must register for the iaSU2012 Japan Conference and are responsible for their travel and lodging expenses and registration fees.
The registration fees are as follows:

*1 Registration fees for participants include the cost of proceedings (USB flash memory), lunches, the reception party (or ceremony), coffee breaks, the dinner, and the tour.
*2 An"iaSU Member" refers to a person from Bahcesehir University.
*3 Student observers are allowed admission to the conference only, but not provided with those stated in *1.
However, student observers can participate in the reception party and the dinner by submitting an extra fee (6,000 JPY).
*4 Required to show student ID at the conference on registration.
Extended abstracts, which will be presented in English at the conference, may be submitted by regular participants, iaSU members, and student participants (This means that if a co-author participate in the conference, he/she should also register for the conference as a regular participant or an iaSU member or a student participant). Any one person may present only one paper, but may also be a co-author of other papers.

Cancellation and Refund Policies
February 21, 2012
Cancellation of registration is accepted by an e-mail to iaSU2012 JAPAN Steering Committee. The refundable amount of the fee shall be determined as follows by date of the receipt of the above e-mail:
Cancellation before June 30, 2012 (14 days prior to the conference):
You are entitled to a full refund*1 of the registration fee.
*1 The amount after deducting bank transfer fee will be paid into your bank account.
