Call for Papers and Submission Guidelines
Extended Abstract (Short Peer-Reviewed Paper)
>>>MS Word template for iaSU2016 extended abstract
Please note that the format and requirements for extended abstracts have changed slightly from previous iaSU conferences.
All submitted extended abstracts must conform to the MS Word template above. Please download the template and follow its structure and style. The extended abstract should be unpublished and original, 2 to 4 pages in length (including figures, tables, notes and references, if any), and up to 10 MB. All submitted extended abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific committee. An abstract may be returned to the author without an evaluation if it does not meet all requirements, including improper length or incorrect format.
An accepted paper must be presented in English by the first author at the conference. Authors may submit a number of extended abstracts as a co-author, but only one extended abstract as a first author is permitted.
Proceedings of the extended abstracts will be saved on a USB flash drive and distributed to the participants at the conference. At a later date, the proceedings of extended abstracts will be published electronically. For example, the proceedings of the iaSU2012 JAPAN can be found in the following website: http://www.mukogawa-u.ac.jp/~iasu2012/proceedings.html. Each extended abstract will be included in the publication as is, without undergoing proofreading by the editors. The authors are therefore advised to carefully check their extended abstracts before submission.
Language
Extended abstracts should be written in English. Authors for whom English is a second language are asked to have their extended abstracts corrected by native English speakers prior to submission.

After the Conference
After the conference, the proceedings of extended abstracts will be published, as mentioned above. Furthermore, selected contributors will be invited to submit full papers for the post conference book. Please refer to the following website: http://www.mukogawa-u.ac.jp/~iasu2012/post_conferences_book.html. We apologize in advance that we will only contact the contributors that are selected. All full papers submitted will be reviewed. Further details will be provided to the selected contributors individually.
Copyright
The authors will be required to submit a publishing agreement after the conference granting licenses to Mukogawa Women's University to publish their articles on a worldwide basis. Please note that authors are responsible for securing permissions to reprint copyrighted material. Any fees required to secure copyright permissions or use of figures are the responsibility of the authors.
