When remitting money overseas, the remitting bank in your country and the receiving bank in Japan will separately charge fees, and any intermediary banks involved may also charge additional fees. Such fees typically range from 4,000 to 10,000 JPY per transaction. Please pay all the necessary bank fees that may be charged by the banks involved. If the amount we receive after the bank charges have been deducted is less than the correct amount, we will charge you again for the deficit. Thank you for your understanding.

Receipts will be issued at the registration desk onsite.
Required Documents for Visa Application
We will prepare the required documents for visa applications for authors and co-authors (whose abstracts are accepted) and their accompanying persons.
If you require a visa, please let us know as soon as possible. After sending the notification of the acceptance of extended abstracts and after we are able to confirm your full payment of the early registration fees by June 3rd, we will issue the required documents for visa applications. Note that we will not issue documents if you are not an accepted author or if we are unable to confirm the full payment by June 3rd.
We will prepare documents based on the "Visa Application Procedures, Short-Term Stay," required by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan. Please refer to the following website for more information: http://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/index.html. We also strongly recommend that you contact the Japanese Embassy or Consulate-General in your country in advance to verify visa conditions and requirements.
We reserve the right to review and refuse any submitted documents depending on their contents.
Furthermore, we take no responsibility for visa rejections or any costs incurred in case of visa rejections, including registration fees, bank transfer fees, airfares, hotel charges, and so forth. Regarding the cancellation of registration, follow the "cancellation and refund policies."
