Call for Papers and Submission Guidelines

Extended Abstract (Short Peer-Reviewed Paper)

Please note that the format and requirements for extended abstracts have changed slightly from the previous iaSU conference.

An extended abstract prepared using the MS Word template should be submitted. The extended abstract should be 2 to 6 pages, including figures, tables, notes and references if any, and up to 7MB. All the extended abstracts submitted will be reviewed by the scientific committee.

Authors are requested to download the MS Word template below and follow its structure and style. An abstract may be returned to the author without giving an account if it does not meet any of the requirements, which include the length or relevancy to the format. An accepted paper has to be presented in English by the author at the conference. Proceedings of the extended abstracts will be saved in a USB flash memory and distributed to the participants at the conference. At a later date, the proceedings of extended abstracts will be published electronically. The final extended abstract will be contained in the publication as is without undergoing the editors' proofreading, and the authors are advised to carefully check their final extended abstracts before submission. .
