Important notice about visa application

For your visa application, we will prepare the required documents based on the "Guide to Japanese Visas" by Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan. Please be sure to refer to their website for more information (http://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/index.html). For this reason, we are not going to issue a "Letter of guarantee", which is needed when the inviter is to shoulder travel expenses according to the guide, and any extra documents which do not appear in the guide, e.g. a request letter. Furthermore, we do NOT take any responsibility for visa refusal and any costs incurred in case of visa refusal, e.g. registration fee and bank transfer fee based on our cancellation and refund policies, airfare, hotel charge, and so forth.
